HOW DOES EMS SCULPTING X WORK?

High Intensity Focused electro magnetic technology can continuously expand and contract your own muscles approx. 20,000 times per session.

What can I expect during a Consultation? 

Your treatment plan will begin with a consultation after determining the EMS SCULPT X is the right course of action for you, a treatment plan will be developed for you that meets your needs. 

How many sessions do I need? 

For incredible optimal results, the recommend treatment plan is eight 30min sessions. 

This can be spaced out 2-4 days apart. 

Instant results can be seen immediately after first treatment. 

And optimal results can be seen from two weeks after final treatment. 

What does it feel like? 

Feels like you have completed a gym work out without the sweat. 

Once in our treatment studio, you can relax and unwind, while our EMS sculpt x device does the workout for you. 

Is there any down time? 

This EMS sculpt treatment is non invasive and requires no recovery time or any pre/post treatment preparation or downtime. 

    NOTE: SculptX is unsuitable if you:

    Not suitable if you have the following: 

    • Pacemaker

      How to Prepare for Your Treatment 

      • Avoid having a full stomach during your treatment and wait for 1 hour after a meal.
      • Remove any form of metal objects from your body e.g. jewellery and piercings, 
      • The total treatment time per day must not exceed 1.5 hour, and one part must not exceed 1h.
      • Consume plenty of water before and after the treatment.

      Booking Deposits
      From 1 November 2022, all appointments at Body Tune Aesthetics will be subject to a holding deposit of $50. Upon acceptance of your booking, BTA will issue an invoice for this payment which is due immediately in order to secure your booking. 

      Your deposit can be paid by Credit Card or Bank Deposit. 

      Please note: your booking is not confirmed until your booking deposit has been received. If a holding deposit has not been received within 3 days of acceptance of your booking by BTA (or the invoice being issued), we reserve the right to release this time to other clients for booking.

      In preparation for your treatment, we kindly ask that you complete this form here and bring it with you on the day.

      Don't worry if you forget though, we will have copies available in-house that you can complete on the day. 


      SERVICE REFUND + RETURNS 

      Cancellations and Refunds

      - Treatments/services are not transferable to other individuals.
      - For any cancellation we require a minimum of 24 hours notice
      - If you no show, cancel or reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment time we reserve the right to retain your booking deposit ($50)
      - In the case of pre-paid treatments, if you no show, cancel or reschedule withing 24 hours of your appointment, you forfeit the cost of the treatment in full.
      - Refunds will be provided where required and in accordance with Australian Consumer Law. We do not offer refunds for change of mind.

      Booking Disclaimer

      - Our procedures and products may not be suitable for you (please refer for our specific product contraindications for more information on this) and whilst all due care and skills is exercised in treating our clients, ultimately it your responsibility to determine if the service and treatment is right for you.

      - It is vitally important that, at the initial consultation and all subsequent treatments, you provide Body Tune Aesthetics with all the required information on your Client Consultation Form and advise us of any factors that could impact your treatment.

      - Please have realistic expectations for the results of your treatment; no two clients are the same and the end result varies from client to client. We actively encourage you to communicate and work with your therap
               

      Package Treatments (treatments purchases as part of our packages)

      - Treatments purchased as part of a package are considered as pre-paid treatments
      - Treatments that are purchased as part of a package are non-transferrable to other individuals
      - In the case of pre-paid treatments, if you no show, cancel or reschedule withing 24 hours of your appointment, you forfeit the cost of the treatment in full.
